I try not to use cliches or lyrics in my blog titles but this is just ridiculous. We've had 8 weeks of sunshine. It's enough to send a Seattleite to Prozac. It's 83F today, but that's nothing new this Spring. When will it end?

Well, we've got proper get-the-dog-wet rain here now. I don't think there was a single minute yesterday when it wasn't dumping. Still raining today, but we've had a few breaks, just in time for Fox to go chase the garbage truck. We even built a fire in the woodstove last night.
There must be a happy medium?p
Also: your greenhouse!!!
Are you putting a garden on 72 yet?
Aarene, Cool. Just like yours, it seems we are growing a cat in our greenhouse.
I have very good news. I bought new zucchini seeds and planted 4 on a windowsill. ALL FOUR sprouted today. I'm beside myself with joy, after the major fail with the 1 seed from March that the Nuthatch/Cat killed together. I plan on following your advice and putting my new zucchini plants in the full sun of The Garden on 72, where my animals are helping us trim the grass lately. However, we need rain first. It's a death sentence out there right now. It's Ne-freaking-vada. I have not yet cleaned out my woodstove cuz I'm holding onto the hope that the temperatures will drop again befure Summer. Hrm!
Soooo pretty!
Beautiful photos! Love all the color & blooms! Be thankful for the sun & pray for rain. Your greenhouse is amazing!
