It's snowing. Mag was shivering the other day so I got his blanket down again so now he's out there standing in the flurries, completely comfortable. I made a fire so finally I'm warm.
On Thursday it was 18C, shorts weather. Today it's 3. Ugh.
Fine storm, I'm gonna sit here next to my humming wood stove and read Fashion it So . Which inspired me to watch Star Trek 11 yesterday, where I noticed that young Jim Kirk eats an apple while cheating on the Kobayashi Maru. Which references older Jim Kirk eating an apple on the Genesis planet, talking about the Kobayashi Maru. Well done.
Oh, and little cultural note for you, there are no red delicious apples in Germany. Not that I miss them, I just found it strange when I realized it recently. (In the link, scroll to the bottom for "the list" - which I could have written myself, PERSONAL SPACE!, and includes J's favorite American food, the DQ Blizzard. *LOL*: "really cold drinks"!)
The sun is out now but I don't trust it.
UPDATE - it's blizzarding now. Here is a video, which includes my cat in attack position.
Here are photos of our yard from yesterday, like as if it's actually Spring:
UPDATE: Hailing on my new petunias

Gahhhhh. We've had warm temps (80* last Wednesday) interspersed with rain. Five years prior on that date we had sn*w.
In Spokane this weekend we had heat, cold, clear skies and dumping rain. If you don't like the weather, wait an hour!
Fashion it So is so great. Perfect for a weird Spring day. I hope the snow melts soon!
And good catch on the Kobayashi Maru and apple...now I want to go back and watch too!
Stay warm!
It's so weird that you still have snow and it's cold. We've had 80F temps for so long now winter is a distant memory lol. I hope it warms up soon! In a couple of months when we are dying in 100F temps we will wish we had your snow hehe.
