//This is a guest post by Baasha. But now I'm doing his dictation to save the laptop. His hooves made it look like he was cussing!

//OK, Start again Baasha.

SHARIF GOT 27th @ THE WEC!!!!!!!!!!! What a kick in the stifles!

//I know, I feel that way too.

That jerk beat me up daily for 6 months, did you know he made me run LAPS around the field to satisfy his sadism?

It doesn't matter how cuddly he is with humans, it sucks to be stuck inside a pasture with such a horse!

He made my day-to-day life miserable, I have the scars to prove it!

//I know, I put medicine on them.

He even turned the others against me, and they'd all make sport of it, picking on me. I had them coming from all sides and there was no escape!

I couldn't eat, I couldn't drink, I couldn't lick salt, I couldn't use the shelters, oh no, no room for Baasha in there!

//I know, you got skinny real quick.

Why don't you say something about the BO, Petra Hattab??

//I cannot say anything cuz my mom always said if you can't say something nice, you shouldn't say anything at all.

Well I'm a horse and I hope Sharif's jet plane encounters tubulence on his way back to Germany.

//That's all?

That was me being nice. Oh please do include the photo that shows him sniffing my butt. Look at that fatty, he always got the most hay. This is the only time he looked at me with his ears forward. Why? I'd just arrived 3 minutes ago from America.

//Do you mind me taking over Baasha? I'd like to say that I am not surprised that Gabi Foerster from Hessen is in Kentucky with Priceless Gold (pictured), because they are the best Germany's got. (I crewed for them once in 2007.) I'm just reeling from hearing that Petra Hattab from Wuppertal is there in my homeland too. And if I could say something nice, I would say I hope that she is pleasantly surprised at how warm and friendly Americans are.

Here is Merri's pic of Petra and Sharif - I don't want to take the liberty to post an endurance.net photo on my blog. But a link would be ok, I hope??

Poor Baasha. Too sweet for your own good. You can have the last laugh, though. 27th is not anywhere close to first.

Hahaha, what a small world we live in! Poor lovely Baasha - at least you didn't have to fly back to America and back home to Germany, right?
