Thanks Elise!

It's confirmed - I'll be in Seattle for 3 weeks this Christmas. My man will be able to make it for 2--he wishes he had more.

How did this happen? I did not want to leave here until God called Baasha home.

Well, the Toothfairy came and took Elise's tooth. Elise is my 7 year old niece. In exchange for one tooth the Toothfairy left us enough money that we get to go see her, her 4 year old brother Christian, and the rest of the family. I think this is a particularly generous fairy, or maybe that was one valuable tooth?!

Trivia from my Youtube today-what song is this?

Home, to a new and a shiny place
Make our bed, and we'll say our grace
Freedom's light burning warm
Freedom's light burning warm

Melanie, what a good guess that is, that does sound like U2. it's neil diamond "coming to america" a song we enjoyed as kids in the 70s.

Funder, he'l be ok, he'll be ok...i'll keep saying it: )

Sonya, i've already asked my mom to start stocking up on things i love. but i don't really have to ask: ) but then my sister would like me to bring her some curry ketchup and i'll have to bring the good aldi chocolate (that sounds funny) too.

Mary, oops, i wanted to surprise you. but of course i had to blog about it! just so ya know the toothfairy is not becky: )

Leah, he'll be ok, he'll be ok. i hope so this time.

FV, it was my mom: ) they really miss us! and i miss them terribly.

Aarene, for the recipe of your grog, i will grace haiku farm with a visit: ) looking forward to a wet christmas, not a white one. please god?

Funny, I use to live in West Seattle over on Andover Street near the Luna Cafe. I am married to a Germany, but we live in the states.

And how generous that Elise was willing to share her tooth money with you and your man, too.
