Thinking about a property....

I'm trying not to get my hopes up cuz last time we made an offer on a wonderful little horse farm, it had already sold. Friday we met the owners of another amazing little property and got the tour. Today we stealthily did the "nighttime visit" where you check out the neighborhood after dark, just listening to it. Nothing. Just sounded like the countryside. We drove behind the fields and got this photo - the house is in the center.

I should stop fascinating about the fruit orchard, flower gardens, heated tack room, green house, trout ponds, creek, horse safe fencing, and rolling hillsides full of neighbors' horses. The house itself is move-in ready and has that typical pristine German charm and what we call "curb appeal" in America. Funnily, I only took a couple photos of the house. I just wanted at the barn and field: ) Here's a picture of what I saw when I looked out the living room window. Nice view....

Praying about it...
