Sweet new saddle pad

Thank you all for your kind thoughts as I wait this painful wait for my horse. Good thing I don't have kids, huh, I could never let them go to school.

I got this wonderful new saddle pad, custom made by Skito. They do such a good job! The last one I had I used hard for 7 years under my Wintec Endurance Pro saddle, and now I have a new identical saddle, and wanted an identical pad. The guys remembered my order from 2001 and I got the sweet new pad this week. It's even better, with 2 adjustable velcro billet attachments on both sides.

The foam inserts also have a little shoulder shim for Baasha's poor old back.

It's wool on the horse, cordura on the saddle. A pad like this in Europe would cost a month's salary. This one was only like 160$. This reads like a shameless plug for Skito, I know, but they are the best pads in the world.

The tag reads, "If you horse would talk, this is the pad he'd ask for." Yup: )
